It will be easier to drink your water by adding natural flavor to your water. For all the combinations you can you tap water or sparkling water.
Suggested ingredients to have on hand:
You don’t need to rush out for all of these. Get what interests you and when you want a change try different ingredients.
Lemon Water: juice of one lemon + 16 oz. water
Orange Blossom Water: cut up one orange and one lime, add to water
Mint Refresher: crush ice, add sparkling water and crushed mint.
Strawberry, Lime, Mint: slice 4-5 strawberries, add 2 thinly sliced limes, crushed mint, and water.
Cucumber Citrus: thinly slice one cucumber (remove skin if cucumber is not organic), add sliced orange (with rind removed to avoid bitterness). Add to water.
Sweet Watermelon: 1 cup cubed watermelon, add mint and basil. Add water.
Pineapple Mint: to water add 1 cup cubed pineapple and crushed mint.
Ginger Spritzer: add 1 inch grated ginger or a shot of ginger juice to sparkling water with crushed ice.
